Legal Advice

Legal advice relating to hearing and hearing loss

Many people suffer with hearing loss as a result of poor noise protection in the workplace, or poor awareness about the risks of loud noise. Others simply want to be better informed about the legality surrounding hearing, hearing loss and using hearing aids.

If you are looking for legal advice regarding hearing loss, DeafHear run a Free Legal Advice Centre (FLAC) at their centre in Dublin, which is held every two months.

Click here for the DeafHear website, and get in touch to find out when the next FLAC is being held - and how it can help you to get legal advice about hearing loss.

DeafHear is a voluntary non-profit organisation that campaigns for improved services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people in Ireland. Formerly the National Association for Deaf People, its ethos has always been to promote the welfare of Deaf and Hard of Hearing people, and their families, in all areas of life - including the provision of legal advice.
