Dougie Elliott has been a customer for over 40 years.

Dougie remarked,

“It seems ironic that as I have grown older my hearing has improved, whilst that of people of my age without hearing instruments seems to me to have deteriorated.  This is thanks to the continually improving hearing aid technology that I have enjoyed courtesy of Campbells and Ascent Hearing Care.  Hearing Aid Technology has given me confidence, which in turn has given me more freedom.  My social life has improved as I no longer fear mingling in a crowded room and I really enjoy attending rugby matches at Ravenhill.  Even my dogs have benefited because I am now more aware of road traffic!!”

Dougie continued,

“Technology has improved on almost a daily basis and very recently I was fitted with a new pair of state of the art digital hearing instruments.  These are fantastic and I can touch a button and block out background noise which makes such a difference when attending functions whether for work or social purposes.  They do not whistle and are the smallest instruments I have ever had.  I have found the battery life with these hearing aids to be much longer than with previous instruments and they even alert me when it is time to change the batteries.”
